Using AresPROS
AresPROS helps you organize financial records and plans. You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing suggestions before confirming records. AI output can contain mistakes. The app does not provide individualized investment, tax or legal advice, and generated reports are not tax filings or a guarantee of reimbursement.
Use the service lawfully, with information you have permission to process. Do not automate abusive requests, bypass access controls, interfere with other users or attempt to obtain their information. Keep your recovery phrase and device credentials private.
Free features and introductory credits
Manual record entry, basic budgeting and savings features, access to saved records, security, recovery, account deletion and exporting your underlying records remain available without a paid subscription.
Eligible new and existing AresPROS accounts receive six complimentary credits once. This is one shared balance for voice capture, receipt scanning, statement importing, expense-report importing and report generation. Credits do not start a subscription or require a payment method. Recovering or pairing the same account does not replenish them.
One credit covers one supported operation within the limits shown in the app. A credit is used after a usable result is saved safely on your device and its receipt is acknowledged. Failed processing and expired undelivered results release the reserved credit. Editing or declining a delivered suggestion does not refund its credit. Introductory credits are not purchased currency and have no cash value.
Optional subscriptions
Where available, monthly and annual subscriptions provide unlimited access to the supported AI features and report generation during the verified paid period. Unlimited access means there is no monthly or daily customer credit allowance. Individual operations still have file, page, date-range and record-count limits. Abuse protection, temporary service capacity limits and outages may delay processing.
The US reference prices are $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. The purchase screen and your store's confirmation sheet show the actual localized price, billing period and applicable taxes before you agree. The yearly price is charged for the full year.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store that handles the purchase. Manage or cancel in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation generally stops future renewal while access continues through the verified paid period; refunds, revoked purchases and store billing problems may change access. Refund requests are handled under the purchasing store's process and applicable consumer rights.
Deleting the app or deleting an AresPROS account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately with the store. Use Restore purchases with the original store account and recover or pair the original AresPROS account when changing devices. Do not buy a second subscription to resolve an access-check error.
Complimentary access
GoTech Systems may grant complimentary access to some or all paid features. The app identifies the covered features and any expiration. Complimentary access preserves your introductory credits and may be changed or revoked by an authorized operator. It does not automatically cancel, refund or modify an existing store subscription.
Reports and processing choices
Report generation is separate from free export of your underlying records. The app explains which selected summary information leaves your device and asks for your consent before processing. Optional AI explanation is a separate choice. You retain control over confirming financial records and saving or sharing reports.

Availability, changes and help
Network access and supported store services are needed to verify paid access and process online operations. AresPROS may temporarily restrict processing to protect users or service availability. Your existing local records and free features remain available when an online access check fails.
We may update these terms and will identify the current version by its date. Price or subscription changes follow the purchasing store's notice and consent requirements where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to limit.
